Privacy Policy

Personal Health Sync is a private, single-user application operated solely for the application owner's personal use.

Data accessed

With the owner's explicit authorization, the application may read health and fitness data made available through Google Health, including activity, heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, heart-rate variability, respiratory rate, temperature, exercise, body measurements, nutrition, ECG and irregular-rhythm notifications. Actual availability depends on the owner's devices, region and Google account.

Use of data

Data is used only to store the owner's personal history, calculate private trends and generate personal wellness summaries. It is not used for advertising, profiling other people, credit decisions or medical diagnosis.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored on the owner's private server. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties. Only minimum derived summaries may be sent to services explicitly configured by the owner.

Retention, deletion and security

The owner controls retention and may delete stored data at any time. OAuth credentials and health records are protected with access controls. Authorization may be revoked through Google Account settings, after which no new Google Health data will be retrieved.

Google API data

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
